Terms & Conditions and BP Canada Privacy Policy

Follow these conditions of acceptance to receive your Contractor Rewards:

1) Purchase any of the qualifying BP Canada products during the promotion dates 1/1/25 – 12/31/25.

2) Include a copy of each invoice as proof of purchase when submitting the redemption form. Invoices must be received with your completed redemption form within 90 days of purchase date to be eligible. Invoices submitted beyond this time frame are subject to rejection. Invoices submitted must clearly show a dealer name, date of purchase, quantity purchased, and description of items purchased. We will not accept order acknowledgments, packing slips, pick tickets, sales reports, sales quotes, or credit memos as proof of purchase for rebate payouts.

3) Contractors newly registered in the program may submit invoices from the date of enrollment forward. We are not able to accept redemption forms or invoices dated prior to the date of enrollment.

4) Submit your redemption form online at www.bpcan.com/professionnals/roofers/rewards-program/

5) Program is strictly for roofing remodeling/retrofit contractors only. 

Please allow 4 weeks processing for online submissions from time of receipt. Payment could take up to an additional 2 weeks.

BP Canada is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, or misdirected submissions. This offer is only available to customers with mailing addresses in Canada. This offer is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law. Excessive or false submissions constitute fraud and may result in federal prosecution under the U.S. mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC 1341 and 1342), or similar applicable law. All submitted materials become property of BP Canada and will not be returned.

Card is issued by Peoples Trust Company pursuant to license by Visa Int. *Trademark of Visa International Service Association and used under license by Peoples Trust Company. No recurring payments. Rebate paid in CAD for Canadian program participants. Rebates are paid solely based on the volume of purchases and at an amount that is dependent on the product, which is specified in the additional terms and conditions referenced in the redemption form. By submitting a redemption form, participants acknowledge that the amount of the rebate paid is not determined by any other factor.

BP Canada retains the right to reverse any overpayments that may be a result of duplicate submissions, incorrect rebate calculations, or for any other reason, directly from participant’s cards.

BP Canada reserves the right to change or cancel the Contractor Cash Back rebate program at any time, including modifying these Terms & Conditions.

BP Canada will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when you submit your redemption form for the purposes of administering the Contractor Cash Back rebate program. You may be (optionally) offered the opportunity to receive additional communications from BP Canada about its products, events, information, and upcoming promotions.
