CertainTeed is proud of all this year’s winners at the 13th Saint-Gobain Gypsum International Trophy Awards recently held in Athens, Greece! Including; Daly Smith Contracting out of Niagara Falls, Interior Specialties out of St-Johns NFLD, and a special mention to our 2nd place winner for Innovation, KERR Interior Systems out of Alberta for their superior craftsmanship and creativity at the Alberta University Dentistry and Pharmacy Building. 14th Gypsum International Trophy
The 14th Saint-Gobain Gypsum International Trophy Awards ceremony will be held in Paris, France in April 2025. This unique international event is a major opportunity to recognize outstanding collaboration between Saint-Gobain and its customers.

US and Canada National winners will attend 14th Saint-Gobain International Trophy Event
There are two categories for project submissions. For each category, a winner and a runner-up will be announced. Categories are as follows.
- Ceilings
- Innovation
- Residential (new & renovation)
- Culture, Education, and Leisure (non-residential - new & renovation)
- Business and Institutional (non-residential - new & renovation)
- Facades (Exterior Walls & Exterior Ceilings)
Projects must be fully or partly executed with CertainTeed Gypsum and Finishing materials.
From its origins in Paris to today, the Trophy honors those craftsmen and craftswomen who use our solutions in sustainability, comfort, safety, aesthetics, and modularity to build a better world.
Every 2 years since 2012, contractors from around the US and Canada submit their most innovative Drywall projects in the CertainTeed Gypsum Trophy. Project finalists for the 7th CertainTeed Gypsum Trophy competition will attend an all-expense-paid trip to compete at the International Awards Ceremony to be held in April 2024.
Winners of the CertainTeed Gypsum Trophy will be included in press releases and articles in nationally recognized publications, and projects will be showcased on CertainTeed.com.
Please read the Trophy eligibility requirements to make sure that your project qualifies. When you are ready to submit your project, you can do so online. It is recommended that all project information including project description, challenges and main objectives, project photography, and information on which CertainTeed products were used are put together before your online submission. This will streamline the process and avoid any re-work.
